Item must be returned within - 30 Days.
Refund will be given as - Money Back.
Shipping Cost for returns to be paid by - The Buyer.
Return Policy/Warranty Details: - Buyer can return the items within 30 days of receipt if not found satisfactory and we would be glad to offer a refund of item’s cost.
However, only the cost of the item will be refunded and shipping/handling, insurance charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
Also the items would have to be sent in the original condition that it should not be used or crumpled, soiled at Buyers cost.
Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by our team.
Please note that “Our 30 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, Jewellery, Swimsuits, Socks, Furniture, CDs, Pens & Books.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we offer an "Exchange Policy" and offer you to accept any other product of equal value in exchange, granted it is within the terms of our 30 days return policy.
You don't have to pay shipping again, if due to some error we sent you a wrong product, don't worry we will correct our mistake at the earliest at no cost to you.
Please email us and return the merchandise undamaged, with the original tag and un-worn within 7 days of the receipt of item in the same condition as it was sent to you.
No CLAIMS on used goods. The buyer will be responsible for the cost incurred in shipping the item back to us if we had no errors.
No refunds of the difference in the exchange of lesser value; the difference amount will be credited in our accounting, could be used in next purchase.
