After placing the order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
 
Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. We will be proactively providing the status of your order in the transit.

Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 5 business days after confirmation of the order with us.  In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.

The Transit time may be shortest and item may reaches earlier. However, sometimes when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.
 
Shipping Charges: - Shipping charges are weight based calculations of every 500 grams and volumetric calculations for lighter weight parcels.
 
We are registered are registered costumers of logistics companies like FedEx, DHL and UPS provided with exclusive lowered rates than normal rates. We transfer these benefits to our buying costumers around the world by adding actual billing charges on every shipment to us in their export invoices.
 
The consigner is limited with the payment of shipping charges to logistics companies; additional import duties, taxes, clearance charges etc. depending upon the laws of recipient’s country which must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
 
International duties and taxes work: - The customs or import duties are charged once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the consignee of the shipment, applicable for retail & wholesale customers.
 
The customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country; those are off the records with us and have no idea.
 
The importer must know import duties prior by contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you may not surprised by charges, were not expecting in the lack of information.
